How fast can you fix my car?

Being without your own car can be frustrating, no matter how brief that period of time may be.  As you can imagine, it is very common for our customers at Ward Automotive to ask, “How soon will my car be ready?”  Every time we examine and repair a car, we try to factor in how much time might be needed.  It is our goal to be as accurate as possible in the time estimate that we provide.  However, some factors can cause us (or any shop, for that matter) to need additional time.

How can I prepare my car for winter weather?

If winter this year in Bel Air, Maryland is anything like it was last year, then we probably won’t have to worry much about freezing temperatures and snow.  If it’s anything like the years prior to last year, though, then we might be in for some real whoppers.  According to meteorologist Meghan Evans at AccuWeather.com, this winter is predicted to bring greater-than-normal amounts of snow to the northeast.  I guess we’ll find out very soon if she’s right!
